SUMMARY:WRL Race at Road America
DESCRIPTION:Road America was the debut race for the new Corvette C8 race car built by TC Kline and Adrenaline Surge.  Shaun qualified the car P3 for the Saturday race and we battled with our BMW friends for the whole 8 hours.  At end\, we proudly stood on the podium in P3 then all signed the trophy and Alex took it home.  During the race\, Dave got invited to join the broadcast team and gave a 20 minute breakdown of our journey along with some old stories from the Cadillac days. \nSunday was a great story but without the happy ending.  Shaun dragged the car into the lead and we fought valiantly in the top 3 most of the race.  Unfortunately\, the car stood on its nose exiting Canada and Dave was out of fuel on track – stopped at the bottom of the pit entry hill.  Shaun and the 4-wheeler made it with tools (neutral release lever was missing) and we got going again.  Tony rounded out a fun day\, but the result was of course compromised. \nWe got the car dyno’d and the performance balance by WRL was impressive.  TC and Shaun did an amazing job to put a reliable car on track right out of the box.  No surprise there.

DESCRIPTION:This was the last race for the Iconic TC Kline racing BMW M2 in green.  Attendees included long-time TC Kline racing support Csaba Csere and the weekend started with testing of the plain black Corvette on Friday.  With the required safety modifications\, the incognito Corvette ventured out for suspension development with little fanfare. \nThe TC Kline team fought hard for P6 on Saturday\, then suffered an unexpected driveline failure on Sunday.  Dave made his first visit to the TC Kline crew and started whispering about this Adrenaline Surge thing…
